Not syncing via iCloud on iOS device

I recently purchased 1Password on my Mac and downloaded the app on my iPhone 7, with the goal of syncing via iCloud. However, the vault on my Mac isn't showing up on my iPhone. I have tried to follow the troubleshooting guide, but am still unable to get it working. I sent a request to support a couple days ago but haven't heard back. Please advise!
