This has actually been in 1Password for Mac for months now! https://blog.agilebits.com/2016/11/22/1password-6-5-for-mac-fantastic-secrets-and-where-to-find-them/

You do have to enable Touch ID at the system level before the preferences for Touch ID are revealed in the Security section of the Preferences window.
