I've purchased fully 1-password version from Mac Appstore ($49.99) and from iOS Appstore ($9.99) in Oct, 2nd, 2015. Everything OK until today, when I got an email from you:

This sounds like you've additionally signed up for a trial of a 1Password.com subscription account in addition to your previously purchased license or mac app store purchase. The email notification is to indicate that that trial period is coming to an end and that you'll either need to subscribe or move your data into an offline vault via (Prefs -> Advanced -> Allow creation of vaults outside of 1Password.com accounts) and then move all your data from your Personal vault into the newly created Primary vault.
