Just downloaded iOS 1Password app; keeps telling me "Check email and account key"
So, I scanned the QR code, entered my account key several times, and keep getting the above message. I'm on the trial period; do I have to have a license to share between iPhone and Mac? or?
1Password Version: 6.5.3

Hi @SpokaneDude,
Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble getting signed in! A 1Password account does include access to the latest versions of all of our apps, so as long as you have an account you should be set there. Licensing is not part of the equation; that is a separate concept.
Are you able to login on this page using the credentials from your Emergency Kit?
1Password
Thanks.

Nope... Cannot sign in. The email address and Account Key are not correct for rolfmarsh.1password.com. From what I can tell, they are the same as what the QR image gives me...

It looks like you've had two different 1Password.com accounts: an individual one, and a 1Password Families one. It appears you deleted the 1Password Families account... Please try signing in to the individual account here:

Thanks.

Hi @SpokaneDude,
You can generate a new 1Password Emergency Kit at any time. We have a quick guide on that process that you can bookmark for future reference, here:

I hope this helps! Feel free to let us know if you run into any issues :)
