1Password asking for payment while I have 1Password account already [Sign in first]

First forgvie my poor english , i am foreigner.
i used 1password 4 before , but not long ago i bought 1password family subscription ( 1 year,pc ) from a 3rd party from online .
when i log in web option page , it reminds me
"You are trialing the Standard Plan.
You have 366 days remaining in your free trial. Add a credit card to keep using 1Password with your family without disruption."

AND this is not the most important, my point is when i log in ios software , it reminds me i am in Trial mode ,and 30days later , ios platform need extra money to activation for sync between pc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for writing in. I've moved your thread to our iOS forum since you're having an issue with your iOS device, not with your Windows PC.

First, please do not share any account credentials on this public support forum. I've edited your post to remove it immediately.

We do apologize for the confusion in the iOS version of 1Password. You have to sign into your 1Password.com account to remove any trial restrictions in all 1Password apps. If there is no 1Password.com account signed in the iOS version of 1Password, it will be limited by default with the in-app payment required.

First, try this on your iOS device:

1. Open 1Password, unlock, and go to Settings on the bottom
2. Tap on 1Password accounts and sign in to your 1Password account

Once you do that, any trial restrictions will be removed and no payment is required.

hi @MikeT , i have removed old account and scan QR code with new 1password account in ios device , but it not works.it still reminds me im in trial mode ,i doubt my account that i bought have some wrong ????? it can only use on pc ???

hi @MikeT , i even Uninstall ios 1password and download again to log in by 1password.com account , it not still reminds me in trial mode , but on pc , it remaining 366 days .

Hi @nczhoule - I'm here :blush: Thank you for asking for me and I'll do my best to assist you today.

I removed some information you listed since this is a public forum. I was able to locate your 1Password.com account and I noticed you add your PC and iPhone to the account. You definitely don't have to purchase anything extra. It's one of the nice benefits of using a 1Password.com account, we include everything since it's built into the monthly payment. You are in trial mode until February of 2018. You don't have to set up any sync source, we take care of all the syncing for you.

To make sure we're on the same page, your iPhone is not syncing with your PC? If you could clarify and confirm my understanding is correct. Let's double check to make sure your 1Password.com account has been added to your iPhone -

Open and unlock 1Password on your iPhone > Tap settings tab at the bottom > Tap 1Password Account > You should see your account listed here.

Anytime you add a new item to your Personal vault it should sync over to your PC and the web. Keep me posted and any additional details you can provide will be greatly appreciated :-) Talk to you soon.

Just to add to what Frank said -- being in trial mode isn't a bad thing. The trial has all of the functionality of the paid service.

hi @Ben @Frank ,sorry not to see your respond in time because time zone difference ( i was sleep).

i have add my account on my iphone (and account listed there ), and can sync over to my pc account and the web, but according to the instruction---i am in trial mode,and 30days later , ios platform need in charge to subscribe for sync.

this is what i worry abount, now it can sync between pc and web, but 1month later???? is it wrong with my account i bought? is it bought on pc 1year, it can also ues iphone for 1year , not 1month?

as you seen @Ben, the first image shows that i have been added, the second image shows it it in trial mode .need 48yuan (about 8 dollar) in charge every month for activate.

Your last few posts were between 2AM and 5AM EST, when most of our staff are sleeping. Please do not bump threads that are less than 48 hours old. :)

There is nothing wrong with your account. The way the Parallels bundle purchase works is that it adds 365 days (1 year) to your trial, so that you do not need to subscribe until that trial runs out. It is working as intended. You won't have to subscribe until February 9th 2018. But you can add your payment information to our website at any time before then to avoid your account freezing on February 10th 2018. Please see this guide:
