my 1Password was working until 10am. today on iPone. (02/09/17) I can't log in anymore!

My program stopped working. I did not change my password. It worked this morning, and now I can't log in on my iPone.

Also I wanted to transfer the data to dropbox, but I can't log into my account. I feel that I lost all my passwords.

As for syncing, our recommendation would be to use a 1Password.com subscription account. You can read more about this option here:
