How to resolve issue when Converter shows error when run?

I am new to 1Password and trying to convert my Apple Keychain over. Succeeded in creating pm_export.txt file but the Applescript helper in the convert_to_1p4 folder fails because it cannot find the "convert_to_1p4" file. So I ran the manual procedure and this also failed with the following explanation;
"Odd number of elements in hash assignment at Converters/Keychain.pm line 146 (#1)
(W misc) You specified an odd number of elements to initialize a hash,
which is odd, because hashes come in key/value pairs.

Use of uninitialized value in list assignment at Converters/Keychain.pm line
146 (#2)
(W uninitialized) An undefined value was used as if it were already
defined. It was interpreted as a "" or a 0, but maybe it was a mistake.
To suppress this warning assign a defined value to your variables.

To help you figure out what was undefined, perl will try to tell you
the name of the variable (if any) that was undefined. In some cases
it cannot do this, so it also tells you what operation you used the
undefined value in. Note, however, that perl optimizes your program
anid the operation displayed in the warning may not necessarily appear
literally in your program. For example, "that $foo" is usually
optimized into "that " . $foo, and the warning will refer to the
concatenation (.) operator, even though there is no . in
your program.

Examined 367 items
Skipped 367 non-login items
Skipped 0 duplicate items
Imported 0 items"

I don't know what any of that mean but It found the correct number of items but says they are non- login even though they are passwords in the keychain. It created a 1P_import.1pif file with no content.

What am I doing wrong?

    @Jabiru ,

    Please use the 1.10 version of the converter, in Testing Bits, mention in the converter suite thread.

    @Jabiru: It sounds like MrC was able to help you with the converter, but I just wanted to mention that if you have any questions at all while you're getting acquainted with 1Password let us know. Cheers! :)
