my iPhone is not syncing
Hello, my iPhone has my 1Password vault on it but it is not adding new passwords. I added a test login via iMac and it's there on the iMac and all the apps on the iMac but it does not appear on my iPhone. I used to have iCloud syncing but I thought when I upgraded something, 1Password was automatically syncing. I'm confused. Please help.

The 1Password on my iMac is Version 6.5.3.

Sorry to hear about the difficulty. Are you logged into the same 1Password account on each device? On iOS you can check under 1Password > Settings > 1Password Accounts. On Mac you can check under 1Password > Preferences > Accounts.

I checked both my iOS and my iMac and they both say the same name.1password.com url and the same email address. (it's not really name, I just didn't know if I should put what it says on a public forum, ha ha ha). Both are using the same account key as well.

If you sign into the 1Password.com website do you see the items you've added there?

Yes the Login I added a few weeks ago is there as well as the Test login I added today. Neither show on my iOS device. I turned off iCloud sync on my iOS b/c I don't think I need that any longer with the new 1Password? I did sync the iOS several times w/ iCloud sync turned on but the new logins were not added.

Correct, Sybil, it isn't even possible to sync your 1Password account vault(s) via iCloud.
I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:

Ok, I sent one by mistake not realizing it said support+iOS@agilebits.com and I didn't include the forum link or forum handle in that one, hitting send before i was finished. That Support ID number is #GVM-32464-587 if you want to cancel that one.
I did the diagnostics report again, changing the email to support+forum@agilebits.com and included my forum handle and link to this thread. I have not received the Bitbot email with the support ID for this one. I sent the email at 7:10 and it is now 7:24pm. If I received a support ID number for this second report, I will post it here.

That did the trick! Thank you so much!!!! I realized what was wrong when I deleting the vault and it wouldn't take my master password. It was using the master password for that other vault! I had been using fingerprint to unlock! I'm glad this is done. Thank you for your prompt attention. Have a great day.
