1Password on iOS crashes
1Password on iOS (9.3.5) crashes before I can use it. I type in my password, the screen displays, and then it crashes in about 20 seconds. I can still use it inside other programs but I can't open the main program.
This began immediately after I noticed and fixed a syncing problem on my wife's computer (I own the family version of 1Password). Syncing was not turned on on her 1Password. I turned it on, merged the vaults and everything is working fine on the various computers around the house.
However, 1Password on iOS crashes every time I try to use it.
Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark ( @mchapman ),
If you are experiencing crashes with 1Password for iOS, first please be sure you are using the latest version:
1Password 6 for iOS - iTunes App Store
If you are, and are still experiencing crashes, please send us the crash logs directly. Here are the steps you'll need to follow:
- Plug your phone into your computer and sync it with iTunes.
- Switch to the Finder, click on the Go menu and choose "Go to Folder..."
- Paste the following into the window that pops up: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/
- Select all the files that begin with 1Password and drag them to Mail in the Dock to create a new mail message.
- Send the email to
support+forum@agilebits.com
Alternatively, if you do not have a computer with iTunes available:
- Open Settings app
- Go to Privacy, then Diagnostics & Usage
- Select Diagnostics & Usage Data
- Locate the log for 1Password. The logs will be named in the format: 1Password__
- Select the desired log. Then, using the text selection UI select the entire text of the log. Once the text is selected, tap Copy
- Paste the copied text to Mail and send it to
support+forum@agilebits.com
With your email please include a link to this thread:
