Safari extension not showing on ipad
I use the 1Password extension in Safari all the time but it has just disappeared and is not in the list of activities available. I have tried rebooting the iPad. Any ideas?

Hi @tonydow
Sorry to hear about the trouble. Have you checked the bottom (black and white) row of icons in the share sheet? In that row scroll all the way over and hit the more button. See if 1Password is listed there and if it is, if it is enabled. I've attached some screenshots for visuals of what I'm referencing. :)

Yes, both there

Thanks for the confirmation, @tonydow.
Do you have the empty
about:blank
page open in Safari when 1Password isn't showing up under the Activities popup on your iPad? That's one reason why it might be missing there. In that case, you'll want to open some other site (apple.com, amazon.com, etc.) before trying to set up the 1Password extension. Does that work for you?0 -
No, I don't get the extension showing on any site login page. This is odd as I had it there this morning ( UK ) and used it and it has just disappeared from the list for some reason.

I think in that case our best troubleshooting step would be to uninstall/reinstall 1Password.
Are you using a 1Password.com account? If so do you have your Emergency Kit?
If you are not using a 1Password.com account are you syncing with a 3rd party service like Dropbox or iCloud? If so is your sync data up to date? Either way, it wouldn't hurt to make a backup:
1Password backups
Once you're sure your data is safe (either in a 1Password.com account or in a backup of your standalone vault) please go ahead and uninstall/reinstall:

Thanks!
