This is only on my iPad. I did not put a fingerprint next to my sign in.

    Hi @connielittle,

    Is this happening when you're using the 1Password app on your iPad?

    Sometimes you might see a Touch ID button (fingerprint icon) next to the Enter Master Password field when 1Password is locked, similar to this.

    And after you tap that you'd be able to use your Touch ID fingerprint to unlock the app.

    I'm not sure where another window like you're describing would be popping up. If you can take a screenshot of what's on your iPad screen when this happens and post it in a reply, without showing any personal information, we'll be able to figure out what it is. Thanks in advance. :)
