update 1password doesn not complete, still showing: wait

I updated 1password. But the Icon on the Screen still Shows: wait, since about 3 weeks. When I go in the app store and choose 1Password, there is the sign: open, but pushing on open nothing happens. I cannot see my 1Password Version, because nothing happens pushing the icon
I have an iphone 4s,

    Good morning @rumi111. I'm sorry for the trouble you're running into while updating 1Password. Have you tried restarting your iPhone and seeing if that jogs things into working order?

    If not, are you using 1Password on another computer where you can verify that your iCloud sync is up to date? If so it may be time to delete 1Password from your iPhone and reinstall it.
