Issue with having an account associated with an email address

Hi there,

I have a really weird issue. I have purchased a 1Password for my Mac and have a free version on my iPhone. These two have synchronised logins and no issues there. However, when I was purchasing it, I did not need to create an account and hence if I want to get 1Password for my Windows PC now, I do not know how to have it synchronised with the Apple devices. I tried to retrieve my license number using the email which was subscribed to the newsletter but nothing was sent there and I cannot find any customer support contact info either.

Has anyone else had a similar issue and what should I do to mitigate that?
