I am having an issue with the iOS Safari Extension. Whenever I open it up to auto fill any credit cards or login details I have to open it and click it to fill multiple times. For example if it's a user/password combo when I open it up and click on the one it fills the password. If I open it up and then click again it fills the username. Same for passwords but I have to do it each time for cc number, expiration, security code, etc.

    I have a similar issue in that usernames get populated but not passwords.

  • Hi folks,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    Could you please provide an example of a particular website (URL) where this is happening? I'd like to test.

    Thanks.

    It happens on every URL. Including when I just signed into the forum here. It did my username first then when I clicked it again did the password. Sometimes it does password first in others then username.

    Thanks for the follow-up, @cbtilt.

    Turns out there are filling issues with the 1Password extension (e.g. only filling one field at a time) on iOS 10.3 (currently beta). We've got a fix in the works that's expected to be out before the 10.3 non-beta release.

    @mikeormerod - be sure to let us know if you're not running the iOS 10.3 beta and still having trouble so we can investigate further.

    @sjk - I am running 10.3 Beta. Glad you're able to reproduce.

  • Great! Thanks for the update. :) We should have that fixed up by the time 10.3 is released.

    I am on 10.3 beta and still having trouble with at least some sites like Marriott.com with password not filling in. I downloaded today's 1Password update too. Let me know if you need me to provide more details. Thx.

  • @bz101,

    We haven't released a public update for iOS 10.3 yet. If you're running beta versions of iOS you may have better luck with beta versions of 1Password. :)
