Sync automatically?

I'm finding that syncing new and updated items between my machine is not working as expected. When I add or update an item, I have to lock and unlock my vault in order for the updates to appear on my other machines.

I'm using 1password for teams.

1Password Version: 6.5.3
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 10.12.2
Sync Type: Teams
