MS Office account problems
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
Am confronted today with a problem:
Wanted to create me a Microsoft account and tried to insert my identity automatically with 1 password to insert. Unfortunately it does not work, which is personally incomprehensible to me. It has otherwise worked everywhere, but with this registration not. Can it be that this page does not allow automatic insertion?
Can somebody give me advise

Thanks for providing that link - I tried that registration form but I was able to get the 1Password prompt to save a new Login. I tested this in a number of different ways with the following set up:
- 1Password for Mac v6.5.3
- 1Password for Chrome Extension v4.6.3.90
I tried signing up using both providing my existing email address and signing up for a new Outlook email address and in both cases when I clicked "Create Account" at the bottom I was prompted by 1Password to save a new Login.
I have a number of questions that might helps us narrow down what you tried:
- What is your 1Password app and 1Password extension version?
- When you filled in the form, did you choose a new Outlook email address or specify your own existing email address?
- Did you use an Identity 1Password item to fill in part of the form?
- Did you click on the "Create Account" button or use the Enter key on your keyboard to complete the registration?

Have now found the solution to the problem.
Inserting the identity worked in the Safari browser version 10.0.03. Without reason. Not in Google Chrome version 56.0.2924.87 (latest version). 1Password was bought on the Appstore on 30.07.2014.Thanks for your effort!

Thanks for reporting that workaround, I've been able to reproduce the same issue you seen on Chrome by using an Identity item to fill in the registration form. This looks like a bug in 1Password! I've created a bug in our bug tracker so we'll be able to get this fixed. Sorry about all the trouble.
