Frozen Account + Impossible syncing [conversation continued in email]
Hi there,
I have purchased a 1PW license which I am using on my mac.
I have installed the app on my iPhone but face the following issues:
- My 1PW account is frozen. I read on the forum it might be because I haven't paid for it, but since I purchased the whole app on my mac, why would I need to pay again?
- 1PW never suggested syncing my datas from my mac to the app
- I'd like to do it...but because my 1PW is frozen, there is nothing I can do.
