Master Password NOT Wrong!
I have used 1Password for a few years now on my iPhone. I decided to install it on my iPad. In the first section where it says "New to 1Password?" or "Already using 1Password?" I select iCloud as I have been syncing to iCloud from my iPhone. I get the message "We found your vault stored in iCloud" and "Enter Master Password". I enter my Master Password and it tells me it is wrong. Well, it is not wrong. Currently frustrated.

Thanks for taking the time to write in.
It sounds like at some point your iPhone stopped syncing 1Password with iCloud. To remedy this:
- Make a backup of 1Password on your iPhone: https://support.1password.com/backups/
- Turn off iCloud syncing in 1Password on the iPhone, if it is still enabled: 1Password > Settings > Sync > Sync Service > Disable Sync
- Erase the 1Password data in iCloud (from the phone): 1Password > Settings > Advanced. Scroll down and tap Erase iCloud Data.
- Set up syncing fresh: https://support.1password.com/sync-options/
