Touch ID don't work

Hi @asfaloth
Thanks for taking the time to write in.
Touch ID is not turned on by default, it must be enabled. Have you tried following these instructions?
Use Touch ID to unlock 1Password on your iPhone or iPad
If you have, and are still having trouble, could you please elaborate for me? In what way doesn't it work? What action to you take, what do you expect to happen, and what happens instead?
Thanks!
Ben

Thanks @asfaloth. It never proceeds beyond that screen? You aren't given a screen that looks like this?
If you DO get that screen, please tap on the fingerprint icon to bring up Touch ID.
If you do not get that screen could you please tell me where your 1Password data is stored? I ask as the next troubleshooting step here would be to reinstall the app. On iOS all app data is stored within the app, and so unless you've synced it elsewhere removing the app would also remove all of your stored data.
Please let me know.
Ben
