using 1PW 6.5.5 on iMac 21 and iPad mini and MBPro 15 inch--and iPhone 5s--long time user of 1PW for Mac--suddenly can't get it to synch

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 10.11.6
Sync Type: dropbox

    Sorry to hear you're having some trouble syncing via Dropbox! I noticed you opened another forum discussion and said you decided to switch to a 1Password.com account.
