tyring to upgrade to 1password 6 and it won't take my masterpass word
I have been having huge problems with 1password on my iphone 6 for some time now. I just got the prompt about upgrading to 1password 6. I have followed the directions but it won't take my master password to move all my passwords over to the newer system. Please help.

@Heidi_Roy: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble! Unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action:
Find your version
The more information you can give, the better. If you're using a really old version of 1Password with a PIN, this is not your Master Password, and you'll still need to enter the correct Master Password to decrypt your data. So that won't be something we can "reset" for you. Also, which "prompt about upgrading" are you referring to? If it's simpler, take a screenshot of this.
