iPhone -- Won't accept password
I can't get the app to work on my iPhone. I downloaded it, scanned the QR code and entered the key, then the master password, and it won't accept the password. It's the same password that works on my home and work desktop computers.

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Could you please try scanning the QR code from one of the working computers? On 1Password for Mac you can find the code under 1Password > Preferences > Accounts > your account > Add Devices. On 1Password for Windows the option is under 1Password > Settings > Accounts & Vaults.
If this works, but your Emergency Kit does not, you may want to download a fresh Emergency Kit by logging into your account on our website.

Okay, I'll know that for next time. I deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone and scanned the QR code a few times and it finally started working.
