Frozen Account
I paid for a one year subscription to 1Password and installed the license, but I cannot unfreeze my account. Since you all don't have a phone number listed anywhere, hopefully you will get back to me in a timely fashion so I can use the services for which I paid.

Hi @chawley - Sorry for the troubles. In order to keep your Individual account active, you have to add a credit card to the billing page. The standalone license you purchased is completely separate. I can refund you for the license. I also extended your trial for a little longer so we can work on this together -
Log into your Individual account - https://my.1Password.com > Once signed into the account, click on your name in the upper right hand side and select Billing from the drop down menu > From here you can add a credit card to the account -
