I lost my new Master Password. How to reset my Master Password for on-line account?
Yesterday I manually updated to new version and went well at that time. But after that, I lost my new Master Password for sign in. I remember Account Key and Email address. How to reset my Master Password?

@DaggyDaggy - For your security, your Master Password is never known to us at AgileBits. This ensures that your data is safe from intruders, but it also means that we can’t reset or resend it to you.
There may still be a way to recover your Master Password please refer to this article to get some hints.

i have the same issue... i looked everywhere and all I get some vague references to starting again, but NOWHERE does it say how to do it. I have all my info EXCEPT for the master password. I am assuming that I do NOT have to pay again. There is no option for selecting new account, already have a subscription option. Please help - and just in case someone actually cares - this is the most frustrating experience in UI ever!
