iOS app doesn't update until it opens
Scenario:
1) On Mac or web or other non-iOS device, create a new logon for a web page (or change an existing password)
2) On the iOS device, go to that web page in Safari
3) Click the "up arrow" share button and choose 1Password to fill the logon information that you just created/changed in step 1
It will fail to logon - either account not found (if it's a new one), or it uses the old password.
4) Now open the 1Password app on the iOS device
5) Find the web site you are interested in and open it through 1Password - all is good.
It appears that opening the 1Password app causes it to sync with Teams and all is good, but it doesn't sync until the full app is opened.
1Password Version: 6.5.2
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 10.2.1
Sync Type: Teams

I'm not really an iOS programmer, but wasn't aware there was a separate "extension" - I assumed the request was just sent over to the main app to process (unlike on my Mac where there are they are obviously separate).
Thanks,

Bruce,
Yep, it is actually an extension. That is one of the very few ways that apps are allowed to interact with each other on iOS.
Use the 1Password extension to fill in Safari and apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
