I downloaded app from Apple and signed up, but I wanted a family account. So I set up a family account from the website, then deleted the first account. I used the same email for both. Now when I sign in online it remembers the first account. How to get rid of that?

Hello @phaniecoop,

When signing in online with a family account you should be using a different login page. Instead of going to https://my.1password.com (which is for individual accounts) can you should login at https://start.1password.com/signin or https://yourfamilyname.1password.com
