Help to Delete 1Password
It is wreaking havoc. How do I delete the program and cancel trial?

Wreaking havoc in what way? It can be difficult to get started, but is fine after a short time, when you've got used to it. If you give details of your problems, we ( AgileBits staff and experienced users) should be able to get you going.
You don't say what platform you are using. There's no need to do anything tricky, you just trash the program, but how you do that depends on what system you are on.
