How to move Team beta account to Family account

Hi,

Way back in November 2015, I created a Team beta account. I still have access to it, but it's frozen. Since we are now four users at home, and both the kids, my wife and I have one or two computers, an iPhone and an iPad each - now it's time to have 1Password for everybody.

When I click subscribe I'm only offered to activate the Team membership.

Could you please post a link to a guide how to change my Team beta account to a family subscription account or guide me here?
