How do I create a new vault for dropbox sync on the 1Password app for Mac?

I can't find the option anymore to create new vault (other than demo vault) from the 1Password app for Mac. I don't have a subscription. Is this now required?

    Nope, its a bug in 6.6 that should be fixed in 6.6.2, which should be available via the Mac App Store by the time you read this.
