Why I can not copy my passwords to the clipboard?

Some times i can copy but most of the time it is not possible to copy to the clipboard.

1Password Version: 6.6.1
Extension Version: 4.6.3
OS Version: OS 10.12.3
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Hi @mountaingote ,

    When you say it's not possible, can you elaborate? Is the Copy menu not there? Or is it there, but it just doesn't show up in the clipboard? If you have steps to reproduce the issue, that'd be very helpful.

    The copy menu is there but it is grey so it is not possible to use it.
    I did send you a Diagnostics Report see: #PRT-98186-358
