My 1Password Has been locked - WTF

Been using and enjoying (very much) 1Password. Today, I am getting messages I have been "locked"

WTF is going on. I could not be more pissed off and now using "Last Pass"

Please, please, please tell me why I am "locked out"

Sad, Very Sad this is happening after 2-3 years of smoothly using 1PW

    I'm sorry for the confusion. I see you have two 1Password.com subscription accounts. One is a 1Password Families account created March of 2016, and the other is an individual account created February 2nd of this year. After a 30 day trial period your account needs a subscription to stay active. If you previously purchased a license for 1Password an account for the subscription service was not included with that purchase.

    The subscription account you created is the best way to use 1Password. It includes the latest versions of all the 1Password apps so you can get your passwords from your computer, phone, tablet, and more. Your devices sync automatically — third-party services like Dropbox and iCloud are no longer required. You can even share with your family: https://support.1password.com/why-account
