1password beim iphone eingefroren, über AgileBits Store für Windows/Mac 1password gekauft!
Hallo kann mir jemand helfen,
ich habe über AgileBits Store eine Lizenz für Windows und Mac erworben. Auf dem iphone ist seit 1 Monat 1password als testversion. Ab heute ist diese eingefroren!
Muss ich eine weitere Lizenz für IOS/iphone kaufen oder wie schalte ich es frei?

Thanks for taking the time to write in! I apologize for any confusion. It appears you purchased a license, rather than subscribing to our 1Password.com membership service. Licenses do not include the mobile apps, and we're no longer marketing them. We strongly feel a 1Password membership is the best experience for using 1Password, and as such is now the only option we market.
Additionally 1Password 6 for Windows is only available with a 1Password membership account. It’s the latest version of 1Password for Windows, and it includes a beautiful new design as well as automatic sync to your other devices using your 1Password.com account.
With an individual 1Password account, you won’t have to worry about dealing with licensing and you can easily use 1Password on all your devices. All of our supported platforms are included. You can use the account to sync your devices automatically — third-party services like Dropbox and iCloud are no longer required. Simply sign into your account and all of your 1Password data is there. You can learn more here: https://support.1password.com/why-account
Since you purchase a license within the last 30 days I can refund that purchase for you, and you can instead apply the funds to your membership:

It appears you already have an account, but may not be using it. Do you know how to login to this account, or would you need to create a new one?
If you know how to login I'd suggest migrating any data you currently have in standalone vaults into the account:
Move your existing 1Password data to a 1Password account
If you do not know the login information for the account you can sign up for a new one here:

Please print your Emergency Kit when prompted during the signup process. :) Then migrate your data using the information here:

There is not. 1Password 4 does not support 1Password.com memberships, and 1Password 6 does not support standalone vaults.

The only way to provide this service is as a subscription. We provide the sync service as well as the apps as part of this subscription.
You may actually find the subscription to be more cost effective as:
- All of our 1Password apps are included -- you do not need to purchase desktop & mobile apps separately as you would have with the previous model.
- Upgrades are included instead of being sold separately.
- The sync service is included, so you don't have to worry about 1Password using up storage that you may have to pay for on a 3rd party service (iCloud or Dropbox).
- If your family gets on board and you upgrade to a 1Password Family account the cost per person is very minimal, whereas before each person would need a 1Password license at full price.
There are a ton of other advantages besides cost though. We feel 1Password provides a huge amount of value for the cost, and we hope you feel the same. I know for me personally it is a huge time saver and stress reliever. I no longer worry as much when I hear about data breaches because I know I'm never using the same password in multiple locations.
