I have already purchased 1password standalone in App store, but my account is frozen, prompting me to re-subscribe, how to solve?

@lubiao: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! As mentioned previously, purchasing the standalone version does not apply to a 1Password.com membership. You can either subscribe to unfreeze your 1Password.com account, or continue using the standalone app you paid for. I see you've also emailed us separately, so I'll reply there shortly in case there's anything account or purchased related that needs to be discussed more privately.
