Can i make an account without loosing all the information i introduced in 1password app?

Hi. I have downloaded the 1password app almost 2 years ago and i don´t remember if i registered it. Only that today when tried to access 1password online from my pc i didn't know the account key and checking the app for it doesn´t show any account registered. I am updating my passwords and all my information monthly in the app. If i create an account online will i loose all my information on my phone when i add the it manually into the app? I even tried to start a free trial on the app but it shows blank. What do i do? Thanks
