1Password sync via cloud is not perfectly

I have here more as 150 items with Dropbox as synchronize.

Now I create new Note. Save. Done.

But I see in first view. 150 items. If go to settings > Dropbox in 1Password. Here 151 items.

Sometimes then it works, but 1Password crash for this moment. Now is updated.

Crazy bug!!

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Are the items correctly appearing on your other devices, or are they not syncing?

    On other device e.g macOS are the items syncing and correctly.

    On iOS in settings > Dropbox only!

    Sometimes crash the app. then is updated. Very probably bug in the 1Password app iOS.

  • Thanks @SS66. If you are still experiencing crashes, please send us the crash logs directly. Here are the steps you'll need to follow:

    1. Plug your phone into your computer and sync it with iTunes.
    2. Switch to the Finder, click on the Go menu and choose "Go to Folder..."
    3. Paste the following into the window that pops up: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/
    4. Select all the files that begin with 1Password and drag them to Mail in the Dock to create a new mail message.
    5. Send the email to support+forum@agilebits.com

    as well as your forum handle.

    When you send the message you will get an automated reply from BitBot containing a Support ID. Please post the Support ID here so we can 'connect the dots.'

    Current is not crashed.

    Can you reproduce this bug? For me 100% Reproducible! It really not update the items in the first view. Why?

    We have to find out what the problem is before we can fix it. :)

    I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices:

    Attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

  • Thanks, @SS66. I'll let our development team know you're still experiencing this issue. We have a fair bit in the queue at the moment so it may take some time before we can get to this, but we'll look into it.

    In the mean time if this is causing enough difficulty for you, you may want to consider using a different sync option:
