iPhone reset-can't unlock iCloud vault using Master Password

I had my iPhone completely reset and am now trying to unlock my iPassword from iCloud Vault but it says the Master Password I have (and have always used) to unlock is incorrect. It says it found my vault in iCloud but I cannot unlock. I have emailed Agile Bits too but no response.

    Thanks Ben. They asked me some questions (Is this is an older vault and maybe you changed your Master Password? Had you switched to Dropbox syncing at any time? Are you syncing your 1Password data with any other device?) to which i answered NO to all. I am no closer to unlocking...
