Hello,

I have a problem with accessing the program on my pc. I was going to mislead the program (1pass mini) and I followed the procedure for recovery.
I made the procedira from terminals, restarted my pc etc .. but with poor results.
I tried to reinstall , but entering the access password can not log in to 1cloud safe.
For me it's a huge inconvenience because I have access to the necessary password!

Purchase date 01/02/15. I have order number and License granted

How can I do?
