    I'm sorry for our delayed response here, and sorry you're having trouble with 1Password!

    We'll need to know some more details about the problem and about your setup:

    • What version of OS X / macOS are you running on your Mac?
    • What exact version of the 1Password app is installed on your Mac? (If you can't open 1Password, find the 1Password app file in Applications, click once on it, and go to File > Get Info to find the version number.)
    • Are you using the AgileBits Store version or the Mac App Store version of 1Password?
    • What are the exact steps you take which trigger the error message?
    • What is the exact error message you're seeing? If possible, it would be great if you could take a screenshot of that. To include it in your reply, simply click the document button in the top of the comment field, and select the file you wish to share:
