Hey Rick, here's the same screen. I don't have accounts like you do. Assuming I need to create a 1password Account again, but unclear how to link accounts there after.

Actually... let's do this... let's take this to email because I'd like to get a Diagnostics Report from your Mac. To do that, follow the instructions on this page:
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/Email that to support@1password.com and include "Rick Fillion" in the email body so that this gets to me. You'll likely get back an auto-response email with some sample solutions to common problems. Please reply to that email saying "Rick wants to see the diagnostics report I sent." That'll help speed things along. :)
