App Store error - 1Password could not retrieve the updated purchase information

Hi guys

Everytime I open 1Password in my iPad, I receive the error attached below.

I'm currently testing 1Password for Individuals, but one time in my Mac, I accidentally clicked in purchase, but canceled afterwards, since then I keep receiving this error but only shows when the iPad have the wifi turn off.

When I turn the wifi on again , the message disappears

What is happening?
