iOS iPhone version 6.5.3 freezes up when trying to use Touch ID

Tried to open iPhone version using Touch ID. Works a few times and then it starts asking me to enter Master Password. I very carefully enter it and the App rejects - repeatedly.
I can log onto the website using the same MP and works find. I end up deleting the App and downloading again from Apple App store. I can enter the MP and download data from iPassword website.
Very frustrating since this has happened 3x now in about a month. Once in the middle of a business trip

Thanks for taking the time to write in.

Did you previously use the standalone 1Password app, prior to signing up for a 1Password.com membership? If so I suspect the problem is that you still had a Primary vault. When you have a Primary vault 1Password unlocks using the Master Password of that vault and not the Master Password of your 1Password membership. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app removes the Primary vault, and from then on 1Password unlocks using your membership password.

I do apologize for the difficulty, but I suspect you've already resolved the issue yourself with the steps you've taken. If the problem does reoccur, please let us know.
