1Password on iphone does not sync with https://my.1password.com
I have been a 1Password user on my iPhone for some time [I purchased via Apple Apps]. I recently upgraded to 1Password support and setup my account at https://my.1password.com [and downloaded the Windows app]. When I log into https://my.1password.com, my vault reflects 0 items, whereas I have about 90+ on my iPhone. I'm sure I've done something wrong, please help. I love the idea of have access to my vault via the web and my desktop and am anxious to see it working.

Hi Loretta,
All us newbies face the same issue. Your iphone has a Primary vault that is specific to that device and only exists there. You need to migrate your data to your Personal vault. Once you've done that, you will see the items display across all of your devices. Having done this myself, I then deleted my Primary vault, as it really isn't necessary once the migration is complete. One of the team members here will assist you in completing this process if need be. They are very helpful and far more knowledgeable than me. Good luck.

Hi @LorettaO - You didn't do anything wrong :-) Just like @TDK1044 mentioned, once you move your existing data from your Primary vault over to your new Personal vault we'll take care of the rest. Your Personal vault is connected to your new account and it will replace your original Primary vault going forward. As long as you're signed into the account on your device, your data will be there waiting for you. When you create a new item and add it to your Personal vault, it will auto-sync over to your other devices and the web app. You can move the items over by using this guide

Thanks guys, I never received the automated option to move the items from PRIMARY to PERSONAL when I initiate the new account on my iPhone. So I moved them manually. Thanks.
