Chinese translation is incomplete

I want to react to the question of translation, your application (APP&PC) on Chinese translation is very bad, always give me trouble, I hope you can understand me, and improve, look forward to your reply.
And I found that my new “Primary” database is a very complete Chinese translation, but my “Personal” database is in English, I would like to know what way can all use Chinese, hoping to help me solve this problem as soon as possible

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    We use Crowdin to crowd source translations for 1Password. If you're interested in contributing translations please let me know and I'll send you the link.

    We have not yet implemented localization with our 1Password.com subscription service, which is why you see the difference between your Primary and Personal vaults. We hope to move that project forward soon.
