We fired a employee, and need their 1password info. He was on our account.

We had to fire a employee who has a 1Password vault with all of our very sensitive information. How do we get/transfer those files to a shared vault and delete his personal vault? Can we call you please? This is very time sensitive as you may imagine and we have been trying every avenue to contact your support and have no answers still.
