App not working since 15 March 2017 update HELP!
Big problem for me.
Since the app update on 15 March when I try to sign in with my master password it just freezes before I get to fully enter it. This is the same on both my iPad and my iPhone.
Need URGENT help, please as I need to retrieve passwords for urgent financial transactions.
(I've had to re-register with your site as my previous registration password etc. is locked inside the 1Password app I can't access!)

Good afternoon, @mike_lomax. I'm terribly sorry for the trouble here. We've been seeing some reports of this problem. So far the solution has been to update to the latest version of iOS. To do this please open the Settings.app > General > Software Update and perform any updates shown there. As of this writing the latest version available is 10.2.1.
