1password mini external connections

I searched for my issue and found this article, https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/60049/should-i-worry-about-1password-mini-connecting-to-aws-cachefly-net-whenever-i-log-into-my-computer. Unfortunately that linked article no longer exists and I can't find anything related in the current knowledge base. Can someone please repost the article, or provide the answer?
