I upgraded my operating system to Yosemite. Now my 1 password password doesn't seem to work
I have just upgraded my operating system to Sierra. Now the password does not seem to work on the downloaded App
It continues to work on another computer and my telephone.
I am trying to sync through dropbox

Hi @ruthcampbell,
Just to be sure I understand, do you mean the 1Password app won't work (as in, you cannot launch the app at all), or do you mean you can open it, but you can't unlock it because it rejects your master password? Or something else?
Please also let us know a few more details about your setup:
- What exact version of the 1Password app is installed on your Mac?
- Are you using the AgileBits Store version or the Mac App Store version of 1Password?
- After updating your Mac to Yosemite, did you do anything such as re-download/reinstall the 1Password app, or install an update for it?
- What version of 1Password is installed on your other Mac and iPhone?
