Forgot master password, cant get back in account, cant delete to start over

had 1passowrd on iPhone, laptop. I always used touch id on phone. lost touch id and now I cant remember master password.
now I cant get back in to account. cant find key code. tried to delete account ot start over but not having any luck. please help!

• Did you recently change your master password on your iPhone or laptop?
• How have you been unlocking 1Password on your laptop?
• Do you sync 1Password with any other devices?
• What steps did you try following in order to start over?
• Are you using a 1Password.com account?
