    I followed these steps and updated my ios, however, still freezing at the 14th character when I type in master pwd or attempt to paste it into the login box. I use the App on Iphone.

    Hi @texasrangers

    Please launch Safari and type this string into the address bar (or copy + paste):

    onepassword://diagnostics

    Then tap Go. That should launch 1Password and then open an email with a diagnostic report attached. Please change the 'To' field to support+forum@agilebits.com, add a link to this thread ( https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/77079/ ) to the body of the message, and then send the email. You should get a reply back from BitBot with a Support ID. Please post that ID here.
