Just downloaded software. Will not work with firfox....system says,

You might need to install other software to open this address.

    Hey @samy5555,

    Welcome to the forum and glad you've decided to try 1Password. The 1Password browser extension requires you install an app on your PC for it to work. Once you install the app, then it will associate itself with that onepassword4-extension protocol.

    I see you have signed up to 1Password.com so the next step would be to set up the apps. Once that's completed you should be all set up and ready to use 1Password :chuffed:
